What will the apprentice be doing?

This position will be responsible to the Business Manager and as a Member of the office team you will be involved in delivering a high level of customer service and best value in an effective and efficient manner whilst learning all aspects of the qualification and our credit union business.

On a day-to-day basis you will work across the organisation

- Assisting members with their account transactions and enquiries

- Administration, finance & processing of applications together

- Reaching out to members using various communication methods including social media, chat, telephone and email.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administrator -  Level 3

This Apprenticeship is completed within the workplace. You will be assessed through written work and observation throughout your training. You will be given time by your employer to complete portfolio work, attend training, workplace shadowing and any other opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge.
