  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Forwarding emails from general inboxes
  • Faxing
  • Returning parcels and ad-hoc tasks 
  • Telephone answering - taking brief message and emailing message

  • Locking up at end of day, putting shutters down
  • Weekly fire alarm testing
