What will the apprentice be doing?
Alongside your apprenticeship programme, we will develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours so you can support customers with their enquiries, helping to find the right products and solutions for them.
- Customer Relationship Management: As a real people person, you will understand how to communicate well and be able to effortlessly interact with our customers
- Teamwork: Consistently support colleagues/collaborate to achieve results
- Delivering Results: Use a wide range of company systems and processes to deliver services to customers.Take the initiative to meet challenging individual and team performance measures in line with company policy, values, standards and regulatory requirements. Plan and organise your work to meet commitments, not needing to be told what to do. Meet agreed business plan objectives where appropriate

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
We’re offering an Apprentice Customer Representative opportunity, starting mid-September/early October 2023, in our Peterborough office for an enthusiastic self-starter eager to kick start a rewarding career in insurance. As part of this apprenticeship, you will undertake a 15-month Level 3 Senior Financial Services Customer Adviser apprenticeship programme which also comes with a professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Insurance (Cii).
