What will the apprentice be doing?
- Ensure the upload of customer paperwork onto the system.
- Point of contact customer queries.
- Ensure that the customer information is provided in a timely accurate manner
- Point of contact for general information enquiries assisting with customer queries on deliveries and eta's.
- To relay accurate messages and assist customers with account queries regarding information supplied and delivery times
- Consider the confidentiality of customer's information •Ensure the timely production of weekly KPI reporting
- Accurate, efficient timely filing of POD Customer own paperwork'sEffectively use IT packages for customer and in house emails, reports and business admin analysis/reports
- Participate in off the job training and development
- Efficiently maintain all records, manual or computerised, in an up to date, neat and accurate manner, to allow fast retrieval
- To promote a professional image of the company at all times.
- Bring new ideas, energy and enthusiasm to take the company forward
- To undertake additional duties as reasonably assigned from time to time.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful candidate will study a L2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard aided by the assessor carried out in the workplace. If Maths and English is required this will be completed with the assessor before the EPA process starts.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
To achieve Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 standard and able to move up to completing Business Admin level 3 qualification.
