What will the apprentice be doing?

•Order processing using multiple systems

•Customer account data maintenance

•Liaise with suppliers and customers over the phone/email

•Technical support for VoIP/Mobile queries (training provided)

•Send/Receive invoices

•Check monthly commissions NOTE: Minimum wage is dependent on age. Wage review after 3 months.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will study a level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification which will be aided by an assessor in the workplace. If maths and English is needed this will be completed before EPA alongside the tutor. On the job training with supplier systems / portals. Accounts training using Xero

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Achievement of Customer Service Practitioner L2 qualification and possibility to progress to a higher level. The right candidate will be offered a full time job after completion of apprenticeship
