- Position Overview: As an Apprentice Sales and Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to customers and supporting the sales team. - Sales Responsibilities: Interact with customers over the phone, or via email to understand their needs and provide product information.
- Build rapport with customers, actively listen to their requirements, and offer suitable solutions from Armorduct's cable management systems product line.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, and following up on sales inquiries.
- Provide accurate and timely information about product availability, pricing, and technical specifications to customers.
- Relationship Building: Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to develop relationships.
- Maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Customer Service Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide effective resolutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
Training will be provided on an ongoing daily basis and when required. You will not be required to attend Dudley College premises as the course is delivered in the workplace only. An assessor will be allocated to you to progress/help you through you course. Continual assessments, coupled with assignments/or exams depending on course of study. Time spent training will be part of the agreed contracted hours of the working week.
At the end of your training, you will sit an exam and submit course work as part of your assessment, and you will receive a Level 2 qualification.
Apprentices will be required to have or achieve level 1 English and maths and to have taken level 2 English and maths tests prior to completion of their Apprenticeship.
Completion of this apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level.
Full company induction on commencement and CIEH L2 Health & Safety training course (accredited).
Throughout the duration of the apprenticeship, Armorduct will ensure a comprehensive in-house training program and will provide guidance throughout the term of the apprenticeship and beyond.
