Parklands Toyota are currently looking for a Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice to join their Helston team. You will act as the first point of contact to provide customer support in areas such as phone and email enquiries as well as face to face customer service.

Pay will be reviewed and updated depending on progress made by candidate. Staff bonus scheme once good progress in the role has been made.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What will the apprentice be doing?
You will have a range of duties including:
- Dealing with customers
- Using the computer
- Phone and electronic communications
- Understanding Toyota vehicles
- Reviewing information from technicians
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship standard.
You will receive on and off the job training and support from an assessor and an apprenticeship advisor.
You will be required to attend Cornwall College St Austell on a fortnightly basis as part of the apprenticeship training.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There is the potential for the successful applicant to become a full-time permanent member of the aftersales team. There may be the opportunity to branch into other areas of the business.
