We are currently recruiting a customer service / administrator to work in our busy Sheffield City Centre office. As a recruitment agency we provide drivers of all categories, warehouse, industrial, commercial, office and technical staff to clients throughout the UK. Our services include both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.

What will the apprentice be doing?
You will be answering telephone calls, taking accurate messages and emailing messages to our consultants Meeting and greeting is a key part of the role where you will be an ambassador for Forde Recruitment, always polite, courteous and professional to any candidates / clients visiting our offices.
You will be responsible for the scanning of documentation and updating our inhouse CRM, so a good eye for detail is essential, as is the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines. A key part of this role will be learning how to request references, performing driver license checks and working on our bespoke recruitment portal. Most essential is the ability to work in a team, and with support and upon completing training to work on your own initiative. Knowledge of Microsoft is essential as you will be expected to have some familiarity with outlook, word and excel. Customer service is essential to this role.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful candidate will undertake a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner standard or a Level 3 Business Administrator standard apprenticeship. You will be tutored by an experience assessor in the workplace.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship there would be the opportunity to progress onto a higher level qualification for the right candidate.
