What will the apprentice be doing?
- Resolving issues using telephone support and answering customer calls
- Installation & Configuration of new IT systems such as PCs
- Range of 1st line support
- Troubleshooting and logging and raising tickets
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You'll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance, and setting up virtual environments.
With our exciting curriculum and one-to-one support, you'll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT.
- Course 1: supporting it architecture
- Course 2: working with end-user devices
- Course 3: working with network architecture
Your training will be delivered in blocks every 4-6 weeks, this will be in our online SMART classrooms. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will receive a level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification.
