What will the apprentice be doing?

  • The Team Administrator will work in collaboration with the clinical and non-clinical team members and will have responsibility for managing the administrative process for booking appointments, managing referrals and transfers in and out of the team using the Open RiO electronic patient system, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • The Team Administrator will work closely with the Line Manager for delegation of day-to-day duties, with the Area Administrative Lead having overall management responsibility for administrative processes within the team.
  • The Team Administrator will provide an excellent customer service experience for clients and stakeholders and will be expected to represent the Children and Family Services in a positive and professional manner at all times.
