About the employer

We're a technically-led facilities management service delivering 'hard' services such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, small works and projects. Our Guiding Principles are a touchstone for everything we do. They help shape our behaviour and how we interact with our customers and colleagues alike. Everyone respects them and they continuously help us to ‘succeed by delivering a better experience’. We put safety above all else and want everyone to go home safe. We are committed to ensuring our apprentices enjoy their employment with us and we aim to retain our apprentices post course completion. We run multiple online and face to face training sessions covering topics such as customer service. We also run wellbeing programmes throughout the year and each apprentice can take a paid day’s leave to do something in their community or for charity. We also host 2 x face to face events per year, solely for our apprentices. We encourage apprentices to explore our various contracts within Inviron and managers are given the autonomy to release their apprentice onto other contracts from time to time. This is stimulating for the apprentices as it gives them the exposure to different customers, environments, and tasks.
