What will the apprentice be doing?

The role of the Admin Apprentice worker will involve providing administrative support to our recovery Academy, based in our Hertfordshire services.

Your roles and responsibilities will include;
- Helping with data management
- Assist with communications with service users and partner agencies
- Supporting with peer mentor/volunteer training programmes

The support that you will be providing our teams will help ensure people accessing Spectrum can improve and change their lives.

Don't worry, we have a robust induction programme consisting of both online and face to face training which includes;
- Substance Awareness
- Motivational Interviewing
- Children's and Adult Safeguarding
- Prevent Training (Anti-Terrorism)

At Change Grow Live, you will be working towards the Business Admin Level 3 apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months.
