What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Taking telephone calls
  • Dealing with a variety of enquiries
  • Arrange and dispatch samples and brochures for customer requests
  • Advising local distributors details
  • Taking and assisting in the processing of sales orders
  • Taking card payments
  • Facilitation of incoming enquiries mailbox, forwarding or      responding  accordingly
  • Customer delivery pallet and Parcelforce tracking
  • Follow up recipients of samples and quotes for feedback
  • Checking customer orders once picked (before despatch)

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Full training will be given in order to achieve a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship
  • Training will take place on and off the job
  • Off the job training will be 1 day per week during normal working hours
  • Functional skills maths and English if not already achieved at GCSE Grade C/4 or above

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship there may be the possibility of a full-time role.
