What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Answering all calls that come into the support phone line and creating tickets based on these and acquiring information from clients to pass this on or teach and complete these yourself
  • Opportunity for building and rebuilding machines, such as software building
  • Installation of 3rd party software
  • Basic administration on 3rd party accounts like password resets and setting policies
  • Escalations of any issues coming through on the ticketing system

  • You'll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance, and setting up virtual environments
  • With our exciting curriculum and one-to-one support, you'll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in IT
  • COURSE 1: SUPPORTING IT ARCHITECTURE
  • COURSE 2: WORKING WITH END-USER DEVICES
  • COURSE 3: WORKING WITH NETWORK ARCHITECTURE
  • Your training will be delivered in blocks every 6-8 weeks, online via a SMART classroom
  • You will work towards your Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification
