What will the apprentice be doing?
You will learn to handle queries from students, staff and external partners and will play an important role in ensuring we provide an effective, professional environment in which to study and work.
You will learn a range of business process as well as gaining more detailed knowledge about facilities management. Specific duties will include:
- Responding to staff and student enquiries at our welcome desk
- Handling and responding to emails and requests for support
- Assisting with the management of our office and shared spaces and facilities
- Working with our health and safety leads to maintain a safe and pleasant working environment
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will work towards a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration
- The apprenticeship will be provided in conjunction with Inspiro Learning
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Subject to successful completion of the apprenticeship and satisfactory performance, this opportunity will possibly lead to permanent employment
