What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Answering questions about a company's products or services. 
  • Processing orders and transactions. 
  • Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems. 
  • Delivering information about a company's offers. 
  • Handling customer complaints. 
  • Updating clients on orders. 
  • Collecting and analysing customer feedback. 
  • Provide a standard of service that reflects the company's corporate image.

  • Dealing with deliveries.  
  • Pricing of stock. 
  • Upselling of products and services. 
  • Estimating, pricing and follow up of quotes.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Throughout the apprenticeship, the learners will be trained on-site alongside other employees. The learner will be frequently contacted by their assessor and will be questioned on coursework progression either over Microsoft Teams or face-to-face. Upon completion, the learner will receive a level 2 Customer Service qualifiication.
