What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Provide operations support for TPI advisers/clients within TPI
  • Adhering to best practice procedures in all aspects of investment operations related tasks as defined by the firm
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate knowledge/support within all adviser/client service area
  • To assist in ensuring that both service & quality targets are met within the business line to make certain that excellent customer service is provided/maintained by the operations team
  • Processing withdrawal requests within SLA
  • Update client’s investment strategies within SLA
  • Maintenance/creation/closing of account/client records
  • Take ownership of problems/issues and see through to the end doing whatever research is deemed necessary

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 3 includes:

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • Work based delivery of Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • Full company induction including health & safety
  • 20% off-the-job time will be given for study/assignments
  • Monthly contact session with your PV trainer
  • Internal training provided by your employer and workplace mentor
