We are expanding our team due to exciting new projects and have a vacancy for an apprentice to join the team. In this role you will be expected to work as part of the team, being trained on every activity from cleaning to assembly, on Engine Blocks to small intricate components on projects for some of the world’s top Motorsport brands.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Often Sub Assembly is the last port of call for parts to be finished before being shipped to the end Customer therefore quality and precision are essential factors in this role.
- The assembly of parts
- Pressure testing and de-burring machined components
- Ensuring that the workshop is kept clean and tidy
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 3 Engineering Fitter apprenticeship standard.
- Training to be delivered at Northampton College, Booth Lane, Northampton, NN3 3RF – 1 day a week
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Potential for a full time position once the apprenticeship is complete and progression within the company
