What will the apprentice be doing?
At Etico Group we are dedicated to giving younger employees the chance to gain real experience and are supported in this respect by government backed apprenticeship schemes. We are looking for a motivated, positive candidate to join the team as a Customer Service Apprentice. You must be able to demonstrate excellent levels of customer service and be able to establish the element of trust from our customers which is essential to developing the right business relationships.
Task include;
- DSAR submission
- Post allocation
- Data input
- Scanning
- Filing
- Information gathering (phone contact)
- File creation (Packs)

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Etico Group will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day. If successful, you will complete a Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship programme, delivered through Etico Group's dedicated training provider, Realise.
