What will the apprentice be doing?
Working closely in an efficient, professional small team, duties will include but not limited to:
- Attending to customer calls and emails

- Chasing customers for outstanding dues
- Recording receipts and payments
- Using computerised systems
- Basic bookkeeping
- Office administration duties
- Removing and adding items to the website
- General housekeeping
- Booking parcels
- Arranging paperwork for export
