What will the apprentice be doing?

This is a unique opportunity to develop a broad understanding of the end-to-end Customer Service journey across the business, along with having the opportunity to put these learnings into practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer (Core role) - to clearly understand the Customers, products, services and standards, required to deliver exceptional levels of service
  • Administration - to clearly understand the day-to-day operational administrative process that ensures customers receive a timely, accurate and professional service
  • Claims - to clearly understand the Claims journey, key policy wording, services and standards, required to deliver consistent levels exceptional experience throughout the Claims journey

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will initially work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship whilst gaining hands-on experience in the workplace and earning a competitive salary along the way.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

On successful completion of your apprenticeship, we very much hope you will continue with your passion for Customer Service and consider progressing within our team or you may even consider specialising in a particular area.
