  • Annual wage

    £9,360.00

    27 days holiday, plus 8 days for bank holidays. You will have access to all of our benefits to include: Onsite Gym membership Employee assistance programme Perkbox, a great website with loads of discounts

  • Working week

    30 hours per week. Hours will be varied to cover experience on all shifts during Monday - Friday. But they will never be before 7am or after 8pm. A weekend shift may be required for experience only and will not be regular.

What will the apprentice be doing?

You will work with a learning mentor day to day and have exposure to all areas of the campus to include, our Residential, School and College setting, and the opportunity to gain some exposure to our admissions and therapies team.

This will give you a broader understanding of how each area of the campus works and the chance to meet and get to know the students and staff alike. 

The role includes the following:

  • Supporting students to participate in leisure and social activities
  • Organising and putting away of equipment
  • Assisting students with participation in learning activities

As a Support Worker you will be:

Due to the nature of the work in gaining the qualification of Level 2 Adult Care Worker, the minimum age is 18 years. If you are not yet 18 years old but would like to apply you are welcome to begin applying approximately 2 months prior to your 18th birthday.

Things to consider

Due to our remote village location, consideration needs to be given to how you will travel to work. There are regular trains to Lingfield. The station is approximately a 20-minute walk from our campus. We provide free, onsite parking.
