What will the apprentice be doing?
- Updating client records
- Send and receive correspondence from clients
- Answer phone calls and distributing messages accordingly
- Process clients documents using both manual and electronic verification
- Managing a small project
- Create Purchase Orders in accordance with instructions and organize deliveries
- Processing customer enquiries
- Communication with team/office and customer carried out in a timely, professional manner
- Provide basic admin support to staff out on site

- Responsibility for ensuring problems are highlighted and resolved to completion
- To undertake other ad hoc duties as requested by Line Management
