What will the apprentice be doing?

The Client Support apprentice will be a crucial role with Evolve Assess. We are a very small business, and the successful candidate will have an array of different work to conduct; no two days will be the same.

Duties

  • Responding to and resolving user queries sent to our support inbox.
  • Uploading of client content into our software platform.
  • Generating usage reports based on assessment completions.
  • Answering incoming calls and assisting clients with day-to-day queries.
  • Data entry into many software platforms that we use.
  • Supporting a client account manager in the day-to-day management of client solutions.
  • Helping on client calls.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Full Business Administrator Level 3 Standard

All training to take place at the employers premises.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Possibility of full-time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
