What will the apprentice be doing?

Provide administrative support to the Practice to ensure that the Directors’ and Advisers’ relationships between themselves and their clients are optimised, and assist with the daily operation of the office.

  • Support the Practice to ensure the end to end business process is adhered to and tracked efficiently in line with Business and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and Submit Letters of Authority for new enquiries, and follow up to ensure receipt of information from Providers.
  • Liaise with clients and external providers to obtain any information required to complete tasks.
  • Deal with general enquiries and correspondence from Clients and 3rd parties.
  • Provide general administration support as required to the Partners and Management.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will work towards your:

  • Financial Services Level 3 Apprenticeship.
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths (if required).

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The role could become permanent upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship.
