Brief Role Outline

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join a Mobile Computing and Warehouse Management Solutions specialist in Northampton.

·         Answer the phone – be the First Line Support in the Northampton office.

·         Log helpdesk calls and inform customer – when customers call up/email, must log a call for any issue they may have for the support team to access.

·         Liaising with customers – help the Support Team Leader & Projects Manager with project plans, booking site days, scheduling support technicians to visit, updating documents.

·         Create, maintain, and update site visit documentation, making sure it is filed in the relevant customer files.

·         Make sure all paperwork is returned to you by the engineer.

·         Add equipment on the CRM system to customer accounts.

·         Booking accommodation and travel for Support team

·         Help maintain stock.

·         Handle repairs

·         Post office, deposit cheques, barcode ID cards, demo packs

·         Check CDEV’s for quotes. Create quotes.

·         Create Sales orders.

·         Create Purchase orders.

·         Send repeat invoices and file them.

·         Send weekly statements.

·         Send remits.

·         Follow up quotes & update sales manager.

·         Create and send certificates.

·         Send questionnaires.

·         Record and scan receipts/petty cash/expenses

·         Maintaining equipment list

·         Print of reports, forward orders etc

·         Order equipment for customers, send sample labels.

·         Check documents i.e specs for spelling, format, sentence structures and punctuation.

·         Maintaining and updating customer contact info

·         Other duties within the department as required.
