What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Support the business by producing basic documents and completing general administrative tasks to support projects and operations
  • Complete basic accounting actions, such as processing staff expenses and gathering other financial information for reporting purposes
  • General administrative support for the business, including basic filing, organisation of boxes and paperwork and other general business processes and basic support activities
  • Collect and processing paperwork from deliveries
  • Answer the phone to customers and suppliers
  • Pass on messages to staff and gathering information required to call/email back to answer client questions
