What will the apprentice be doing?

As an apprentice your duties will include:

  • Registering learners for their qualifications to deadlines.
  • Processing changes of information of our learners on programme and updating systems accordingly.
  • Processing Employer Insurance and Health and Safety records for employers Babington work with.
  • Uploading documentation to electronic systems and managing the archiving old documents.
  • Processing certificates and issuing to learners.
  • Booking exams with governing bodies and the apprenticeship programmes we cover.
  • Reporting on exam results.
  • To act as an ambassador for Babington exhibiting enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.
  • Checking Bursary evidence and processing weekly claims for compliance.
  • To maintain and develop positive relationship with internal staff and departments working with and any external customers you liase with.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner delivered via virtual learning platform with 121 skills coach support and time allocated in the working week to complete.
  • Level 2 Functional skills can be supported if required in Maths and English.
  • Upon completing the apprenticeship candidates are eligible to apply for the Institute of Customer service and a member at a professional level.
