What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
  • Manage the info@alternativecare.org.uk inbox
  • Manage the company Facebook page

Conduct clerical duties, including:

  • filing/archiving
  • call handling
  • preparing/distributing documents
  • printing, scanning, photocopying
  • handling and maintaining record and filing systems
  • minute taking
  • data inputting
  • post and deliveries
  • Ensure stock of facilities throughout the building
  • Provide administrative support for the operations team
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and treat stakeholders with dignity and respect
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of ACL ways of working by following company policies and procedures
  • Understand, adopt and to live the organisations values
  • Partake in supervision and performance feedback.
  • Other reasonable requests and administrative duties

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
