What will the apprentice be doing?
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
- Manage the info@alternativecare.org.uk inbox
- Manage the company Facebook page
Conduct clerical duties, including:
- filing/archiving
- call handling
- preparing/distributing documents
- printing, scanning, photocopying
- handling and maintaining record and filing systems
- minute taking
- data inputting
- post and deliveries
- Ensure stock of facilities throughout the building
- Provide administrative support for the operations team
- Represent the company in a professional manner and treat stakeholders with dignity and respect
- Demonstrate a good understanding of ACL ways of working by following company policies and procedures
- Understand, adopt and to live the organisations values
- Partake in supervision and performance feedback.
- Other reasonable requests and administrative duties
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship
- Training will be in-house
- Training will be one day a week
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if you don't already hold a GCSE at C/4+)
