Lucam Consultancy is an experienced healthcare recruitment agency based in the centre of St Helens. They are a healthcare recruitment specialists with 18 years of experience who work across all sectors within the healthcare industry. Apprenticeship Qualification - Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner £281.25 based on 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with colleagues to establish who our customers are
  • Answering telephone calls and documenting tasks and outcomes
  • Understanding and utilising numerous systems and inputting data
  • Speaking with candidates to identify their needs
  • Assisting with collating candidate documents and keeping the candidates up to date during their recruitment process
