Lucam Consultancy is an experienced healthcare recruitment agency based in the centre of St Helens. They are a healthcare recruitment specialists with 18 years of experience who work across all sectors within the healthcare industry. Apprenticeship Qualification - Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner £281.25 based on 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaising with colleagues to establish who our customers are
- Answering telephone calls and documenting tasks and outcomes
- Understanding and utilising numerous systems and inputting data
- Speaking with candidates to identify their needs
- Assisting with collating candidate documents and keeping the candidates up to date during their recruitment process

- Must be organised and have a methodical approach
- Confident on the phone
- Good time keeping and work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Positive attitude
- Desired Qualifications - GCSE Level 4 or Grade C and above in Maths and English
