What will the apprentice be doing?
Key responsibilities
- Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors
- Ensuring timely payment of debts
- Following up payments as needed
- Organising customer repayment plans
- Responding to relevant client enquiries
- Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required
- Providing administrative support to the team
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This role is supported by a Business Administration level 3 apprenticeship standard delivered by the apprenticeship college. This training will be delivered via live virtual sessions twice monthly using IT specific sessions, workshops and theatre based learning to deliver the standard. Ongoing skills coach support will also be provided.
