What will the apprentice be doing?

As a growing business, this is an exciting chance to learn and work in a thriving environment, supporting our Sales Team, Business Partners, and customers day-to-day over the phone and, by email.

Full training and mentorship are provided.

Working between our Customer Care Team and our Sales Team as a direct link for our Referrer Business Partners, accurately answer and handle inbound enquiry calls from Referrer Contacts via our dedicated priority referrer line to our business and make proactive outbound calls where necessary to help resolve Referrer and their candidate/our customer enquiries (ensuring GDPR compliant notes are added to the customer record, and relevant data bases as appropriate to accurately reflect what took place on the call and actions taken as a result, paying particular attention to ensure security checks/processes are adhered to when handling a Referrer enquiry made on behalf of a customer.

Provide an excellent admin support to our Sales Team.

You will develop and maintain productive and professional working relationships with colleagues and partnered companies.

Duties and responsibilities:

Contribute directly towards our company business objective for active card holders through daily liaison with Account Managers and Sales Team ensuring that referrer enquiries are resolved quickly and efficiently and actively encourage a joined up working relationship between Sales/Account Management and Customer Care Teams to provide a robust seamless service to our referrers.

Support with tasks generated on behalf of Referrers/Customers in line with business processes.

Building relationships with referrers and actively work with Account Management Team to encourage and guide referrers in line with business processes and to be as self- sufficient as possible, coach and support referrers and customers on how to get the best out of our service.

Support as necessary with account creations for dedicated referrers and others where support is needed. Responsible for ensuring adequate stock of merchandise is available for Sales Team and Account Managers (B2B brochures, Cardholder leaflets and any other appropriate merchandise required.) Supporting with Sales Team

Diary Management and journey planning, appointments to be booked in for new business meetings using the company approved route planner for most cost-effective routes and coverage.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Apprenticeship programme will be delivered at the workplace on a 1-2-1 basis with the appointed Learning Coach from Total People Ltd. Full training and mentorship provided. 3 month probation period..

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 Business Administrator professional qualification. £21,500 paid per annum once qualified. Valuable experience gained.
