Minimum wage for apprentices is £5.28 however we will pay up to £5.50 an hour reviewable every 6 month up to £9.50 per hour for the right candidate.

Monday to Thursday 08:00am – 4:30pm (with flexibility until 5pm) Friday 08:00am to 3.30 1 hour unpaid lunch. Option to work additional hours.

What will the apprentice be doing?
This apprenticeship will give you a varied understanding of the recruitment industry which can be a very rewarding career not only as you are in control of your own destiny, but the earning potentials are uncapped. This role is key to the success of the consultants in the business. You will work alongside the experienced staff taking candidate details for registration on to the database, giving out confirmations of jobs and posting timesheets. Once you are fluent with the database you can help run marketing campaigns via the SMS system and advertise jobs on Indeed. If you have a passion for the payroll department we can also teach this additional skill.
Daily duties:
- Payroll & data input using company CRM.
- Chasing up late timesheets for 2 branches.
- Liaising with candidates & explaining processes & deadlines.
- Dealing with new starters,managing the process and ensuring deadlines are met.
- I.D checks.
- Sending client & candidate confirmations.
- Sending and receiving new client credit checks.
- Assist with candidate/advertising campaigns (marketing).
- Answering calls and pre-vetting candidates.
