What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Input and check all payroll information received from client in accordance to individual client procedures and service level agreement
  • Ensure payrolls are completed in accordance with legislation and the departmental procedures
  • Manage day to day payroll administration (reports / costing / pensions / BACS / filing / reconciliation / employee documents / closing
  • Perform manual calculations
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with clients by supporting them and responding promptly

  • Current legislation and changes within the industry
