We are looking for a Production Planner working mainly in the offices but a large amount of time will be spent on the works organising the work flow through the factory so that production can continue efficiently and effectively. Here you will be receiving deliveries, supporting with production meetings & purchasing tools, equipment and materials.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Your first year completing Level 2 will be spent in our in-house training school learning basic machine and hand fitting skills as well as Inspection techniques.
You will then progress into an office environment working mainly in the Planning and Production department but will also gain experience in purchasing, process engineer and Research and Development as required.
Tasks include:
- Preparing shopfloor paperwork
- Purchasing tools, equipment and material
- Receiving deliveries
- Organising workflow through the factory
- Attending production meetings
You will complete your College Course units on a Day release basis.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Your apprenticeship will include:
- Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
- Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
- Portfolio of Evidence
- Gateway preparation and End Point Assessment
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Our Apprentices progress onto all areas of the company and will have the opportunity to undertake a HNC upon successful completion of their level 3 qualifications with merit and distinction grades.
