Annual wage
£13,520.00
£6.50 per hour for the first 3 months. After 3 months there will be a performance review with a possible pay increase to at least the National Minimum wage for age group. Workwear provided: Polo shirt, fleece, etc. Birthday off.

Monday - Friday, with hours between 8.30am - 5.30pm. Saturday's between the hours of 8.30am and 12.00pm will be required on a rota basis. Possibility of overtime as well.

What will the apprentice be doing?
As a valued member of the team you will have direct contact with customers via face to face, telephone calls and emails. You will provide customers with support on identifying the correct parts they require through to arranging delivery direct to the customers workshops.
Duties will include:
- Using systems and technology to meet customer needs
- Using a range of communication skills, including listening, and responding in a way that builds customer confidence
- Understanding the difference between and working with internal and external customers
- Knowing policies and procedures, including returns and complaints
- Understanding different customer needs and priorities to allow use to provide the appropriate service
- Knowing the targets and goals you need to deliver against
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills if required.
This is a work based programme which means that all of your learning will take place on the site of your employment and within your contracted working hours. We host supporting workshops regularly throughout the apprenticeship which you can attend in person at our Derby Road campus or virtually via Microsoft Teams.
You will work with expert assessors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.
You will experience a blended learning model.
You will gather learning evidence, journals and off-the-job records using your e-portfolio.
At the end of the planned learning period, it will be agreed that you are ready to enter 'Gateway' and for your End Point Assessment to be arranged.
