What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Working on the helpdesk, dealing with customers’ IT issues and ensuring helpdesk systems, logs and records are kept up to date

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Most apprentices end up staying with the business for the long term. As an employer we are happy to continue to support learning, this can mean going from Level 3 to Level 4 or above. We are currently supporting apprentices through degrees and a Masters track also available. We look for candidates that like to continue to learn and progress throughout their career.
