Apprentice Production chef GROOVE PAD LTD
This is a full time role in the kitchen under the supervision of the chefs alongside your training. Gaining a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship, you will be able to support the running of our kitchen, creating our dishes from scratch. We are a fun but busy Bar and Kitchen.

35 hours, TBC between Monday to Sunday 2pm to 10pm

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Keeping your kitchen clean
- Complete stock checks
- Prepare for a busy day, preparing fresh vegatables, making dough and completing recipes to our specs
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be gaining your Production chef Level 2 qualfication. Training is completed in house with remote training also provided by the training provider on a 1 to 1 basis.
Training is one day per week, you will be required to complete a daily journal.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once qualified the apprentice will have the skills to move to the next level within the kitchen
