What will the apprentice be doing?

The role reports to the Commercial Director. You will be working with the Course & Marketing Administrator and Sales Advisor daily.

Tasks include;

  • taking course bookings
  • organising training schedules
  • updating course records
  • managing zoom accounts
  • meeting & greeting clients virtually
  • promotion of courses via social media
  • CRM data management
  • sales research
  • sales emails
  • product development research 
  • other ad-hoc organisational tasks

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will achieve an Apprenticeship in Business Administration level 3 via a work mentor and Cambridge Regional College Assessor.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

With a track record of taking on apprentices upon completion of the apprenticeship, there will be opportunities for full-time work to be offered. Progressional roles will depend on the candidates strengths over the tenure of the apprenticeship.
