No day will be the same here at Bayfield, you will be key part of the day-to-day operations by helping the team with tasks. We are looking for a passionate individual to join a team based in Great Shelford, as an administrator for our company.

What will the apprentice be doing?
The role reports to the Commercial Director. You will be working with the Course & Marketing Administrator and Sales Advisor daily.
- taking course bookings
- organising training schedules
- updating course records
- managing zoom accounts
- meeting & greeting clients virtually
- promotion of courses via social media
- CRM data management
- sales research
- sales emails
- product development research
- other ad-hoc organisational tasks
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will achieve an Apprenticeship in Business Administration level 3 via a work mentor and Cambridge Regional College Assessor.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
With a track record of taking on apprentices upon completion of the apprenticeship, there will be opportunities for full-time work to be offered. Progressional roles will depend on the candidates strengths over the tenure of the apprenticeship.
