What will the apprentice be doing?

Project – CRM system

Reporting to – Operations Manager

  • Assist with Marketing campaigns (website and social media) and networking events
  • Answering the telephone and emails
  • Placing a monthly online order for office supplies (top up shops as required)
  • Ensure offices are clean and tidy and ready for the day ahead / next day - reporting H&S to Ops Manager
  • Welcoming any visitors, directing to the correct person, making drinks
  • Further first aid training to become another onsite first aider and maintain the first aid box
  • Client administration
  • Assistance with PA tasks for the MD
  • Assistance with staff management for the Ops Manager, such as arranging birthday vouchers, organising regular events, Christmas parties and presents, secret santa, arranging new starter IT kits with the assistance of the Ops Manager
  • Assist with Cura Accounting Compliance by carrying out anti-money laundering checks and prompting the Ops Manager if a new client hasn’t returned compliance paperwork
  • Adhoc/ general office duties as required

This role which will vary on a day to day basis, no day is the same!

Confidentiality is key along with great communication and academic skills – an exciting time to join the business as it grows – we have 33 staff and counting!

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship Standard
  • College attendance is required one day a month

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

There will be an opportunity for permanent employment and career progression on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
