What will the apprentice be doing?

Tasks and responsibilities within the role –

• Wide ranging administration support which will develop many different office skills.
• Critical, accurate logging of incoming and outgoing post daily.
• Exam administration and co-ordination in conjunction with the Awarding Body.
• Development of customer service skills.
• Use of Microsoft applications such as excel, word and outlook for customer records and communications.
• Use of the Customer Record Management (CRM) IT system.
• Assisting with marketing and promotions literature – brochures and application packs.
• Maintaining stock levels of course handbooks and office equipment.
• General office duties
• Assisting with accounts.
