This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service apprentice to join our Selling Systems Support Team here in Head Office. We are a call handling department looking after the booking systems. Day to day, you will be dealing with any issues that may occur on the Selling System platforms as well as helping our Travel Agents use the system.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Call Handling assessing agents needs and using active listening/questioning to identify and resolve any issues
- Take ownership of system issues and seeing through to resolution while liaising with our system provider where necessary
- Creating new user accounts for staff members and new branches, completing password resets and making any relevant changes to the system
- Liaise with suppliers to create contracts for new branches, creating new accounts and enabling supplier to feed into our internal booking systems
- Actioning our in-house documentation system and processing supplier invoices to customer bookings
- Credit card management
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- You will obtain a level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification plus Functional Skills (if required)
- Training is conducted in our Sunderland Head Office
- Training is weekly blocks on a Monday - Friday basis for 6 weeks
