We are looking for a hard-working enthusiastic individual, who can work well on their own and as part of a team. As a Customer Service Admin Apprentice you will be responsible for handling telephone & email enquiries, booking and managing the Surveyors diary with appointments and typing up quotations, receipts & invoices.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Main Duties:
- Answering incoming telephone calls – dealing with enquiries or transferring the call to the correct person or taking a message
- Making out going calls to customers and suppliers
- Dealing with and booking surveys for website enquiries
- Working in a busy inbox – incoming and outgoing emails
- Typing up quotations
- Typing up invoices and receipts through QuickBooks
- Managing the surveyors’ diaries
- Greeting visitors
- Helping with risk assessments
- Typing up accept jobs
- Other general admin duties
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be expected to work towards the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.
As part of your apprenticeship, and dependent on your prior attainment, you may be required to complete maths and English Functional Skills which is an integral part of your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion you will be awarded additional certificates of recognition for these qualifications.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
After the apprenticeship we are hoping to offer the individual a full-time position within our administration team.
