What will the apprentice be doing?

AtoZ is an Interpreting & Translation Agency, we hold a database of interpreters/ translators offering worldwide language solutions  We match the interpreters to assignments we receive.  We work with Schools, Colleges, Nurseries, Children centre, Social services, Solicitors and NHS. 

You will be working in a small team handling data, answering telephone calls.  You would need good Organisation, timekeeping and communication skills an excellent telephone manner and IT skills. You would need to be able to communicate with people at all levels, interpreters, NHS staff and Solicitors. 

In this role you will be responsible for keeping records of all our clients’ outstanding invoices and payments received.

  • Invoicing clients 
  • Creating payslips 
  • Creating monthly pay run
  • Chasing clients for outstanding debts 
  • Chasing interpreters for timesheets 
  • Helping with the general day to day tasks, helping to run A to Z Interpreting
