What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will achieve your Level 3 HR qualification

A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your apprenticeship, (14 - 18 months including endpoint assessment) topics covered include:

  • HR legislation
  • HR Functions, roles and plans
  • Systems and processes
  • Service delivery
  • Problem solving
  • Change and improvement techniques

  • You may need to complete level 2 maths and English Functional skills (if you cannot evidence prior grades)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • This will be a fixed term contract. The natural progression will be into a perm HR Administrator position (if we have one available at the point in time)

As our HR Apprentice you will report into our HR Governance Manager and be responsible for forming and maintaining all employee records. You will update internal databases in line with HR activities ensuring a first-class service is offered to internal and external stakeholders.
