What will the apprentice be doing?

Key responsibilities

  • Generating new sales leads through a combination of inbound calls and outbound cold calling.
  • Building relationships with prospective new clients and opening new accounts.
  • Following up all quotes.
  • Assisting with day to day account management of existing customers.
  • Processing daily orders for factory processing / despatch.
  • Grow your knowledge of the company and Industrial products.
  • over time so you can adopt a consultative selling style to offer more than just a price to your potential customers.

  • Proficient in working with computers (Office, Excel & Word).
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable on the telephone.
  • Self confidence, ambition and a strong determination to succeed.

We manufacture thermal cutting machines from our head office in Germany and have another 4 manufacturing plants worldwide, USA, Brazil, India & China. In the UK we are a sales and service branch for the German office and look after all customers in the UK and Ireland for day to day sales of products, service and support for their installed machines.
