Working within our Internal Sales Team to assist with day to day customer services.eg, Answering phones, processing orders, filling etc. The role will be extended to learn all aspects within the business with the aim to achieve full time employment.

We offer a competitive salary and will pay the successful candidate a minimum of 15 – 20% above minimum wage as a starting salary.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Key responsibilities
- Generating new sales leads through a combination of inbound calls and outbound cold calling.
- Building relationships with prospective new clients and opening new accounts.
- Following up all quotes.
- Assisting with day to day account management of existing customers.
- Processing daily orders for factory processing / despatch.
- Grow your knowledge of the company and Industrial products.
- over time so you can adopt a consultative selling style to offer more than just a price to your potential customers.

- Proficient in working with computers (Office, Excel & Word).
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable on the telephone.
- Self confidence, ambition and a strong determination to succeed.
- Good administrative, organisational and time management skills.
- A high level of self-motivation.
