What will the apprentice be doing?

The duties and responsibilities involved:

 

  •  You will support the Engineering and Line Equipment workshops and the Automotive Stores department within the group, on a rotation of placements.

 

  •  The role requires assisting in ensuring documents and systems are accurate and organised and to further ensure that all records are kept up to date in line with the company’s data protection policy.

 

  •  You will assist in ensuring the stores systems are kept up to date, issue stock, monitor and maintain stock levels and reorder when required.

 

  • You will support Managers and Supervisors with administrative tasks when required.

 

  • You will travel to Zeebrugge as and when required for training on the stores systems and processes, passport and driving license will be needed.

North Lindsey College one day per week

 

Business Administrator, Level 3 will be gained

 

Functional skills may be required
