What will the apprentice be doing?

The general administration duties within this role may include:

  • Printing customer drawings and booking jobs on to the system for the sales team to quote
  • Transferring orders from quote stage to order and saving drawings off to system
  • Collating information for sales engineers
  • Logging & monitoring incoming enquiries
  • Answering & filtering incoming calls
  • Liaising with customers to update on current enquiries/orders
