What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include:

  • Filing
  • Maintaining records
  • Data entry
  • Answering phone calls
  • Answering emails
  • Check supplier confirmations + prices
  • Distribute documentation to customers
  • Assisting accounts department
  • Collating purchase invoices and receipts
  • Updating KPI’s
  • Domestic shipping
