On a typical day you will start with reviewing the engineer jobs from the previous day to collate details of any clients we may need to return to, from there you will plan and schedule any return visits and liaise with the client either by telephone or email. From there you will be able to update the clients’ computer records.
Throughout the day you will communicate with clients and UK police forces to arrange appointments and set up clients’ accounts in preparation of an engineer’s visit. You will also regularly be in touch with the engineers to ensure their day is going as planned.
